From barre and trampoline to pilates-inspired sessions, TRX, dance, and more, our studio offers something for everyone.

Our Classes

  • Studio Barre incorporates elements of dance and Pilates to create an amazing workout that strengthens and lengthens the body. Each class features an energetic combination of movements that enhance flexibility, improve balance, and challenge the core. No prior Pilates experience or dance training required. Just be ready to sweat!

  • Elevate your workout with low impact on your joints and instability benefits for your entire body using the mini trampoline. Bounce will give you the most cardio Studio B offers, paired with muscle sculpting that is sure to make you burn, sweat, and have fun.

    Supportive athletic sneakers are REQUIRED for this class.

  • Boot camp made fun! This high energy class is made up of HIIT, sculpting and cardio programmed to build strength, burn calories and test your limits!

  • A high-energy workout that combines rhythmic dance movements with cardio-based exercises, set to upbeat music, similar to Zumba. It focuses on improving cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and overall fitness while keeping participants engaged and having fun through music-driven routines!

    No dance experience required!  Just be ready to move, sweat and have fun!

    Sneakers are recommended for this class, but grip socks are also acceptable!

  • 30 min of core-focused sculpting and burning followed by a re-energizing recovery period to stretch your entire body!

  • Find those deep stabilizing core muscles in this balance and stability class utilizing a large yoga ball. Flow of movement, lengthening, and conditioning are also added for a fun twist to your training.

  • Pilates Fusion is a full-body workout with a dynamic approach to traditional Pilates movements.  This class will challenge your core, fire up your legs, and improve your posture.  Fusion uses a wide range of props, including magic circles and suspension trainers, to maximize fitness levels.

  • This class utilizes a Pilates stick with band-based resistance that is attached to the ballet barre. Like Studio Barre, Stick has both an upper and lower body strength focus, plus cardio elements while challenging your core, balance and control due to the instability of the resistance.

  • A fantastic workout combination of interval circuit training to work up a sweat paired with our traditional Studio Barre choreography for an amazing sculpt!

    Sneakers are recommended for this class.  Some clients prefer to switch to grip socks for the sculpt portion of class.

  • Studio TRX utilizes the TRX suspension straps and your body weight to give you one of the best total body workouts ever! Fully adaptable to your strength and fitness level, you'll work every muscle in your body (and probably find ones you didn't know you had!) to challenge your strength, conditioning and balance!

  • TRX Yoga is a fusion of fitness, Power Yoga and Vinyasa Yoga, using the TRX Suspension Trainer for feedback during every pose.

    Ignite your intent. Build a strong foundation of alignment, mobility and stability through the repetition of movement and breath. Build true resilience, and explore movement without fear or hesitation!

  • Traditional vinyasa yoga with an energy fueled sculpt, this class with just the right amount of strength and zen.

  • Our newest class offering — Ballet for adults! Designed for all levels, this class focuses on posture, poise, and precision through flowing combinations and elegant movement. Whether you're new to ballet or returning to your roots, you'll build strength, flexibility, and confidence in your technique. No prior dance experience required—just bring your love of movement and learning.

    Ballet slippers or grip socks required.
