Programs

Every Studio B client begins with a 2-hour fitness evaluation.  During your Initial Session, we will take your measurements, calculate your body fat percentage, and test to see how strong and flexible you are.  We will also determine your levels of cardio fitness and muscular endurance.

With these results in hand, and with the goals you have set for yourself, we will sit down with you and come up with an exercise plan that is uniquely yours.  You tell us how much commitment you can make, and we will put together a package of workouts that fits your budget and will get you to your goals.

We re-test our clients on a regular basis, and we adjust exercise plans as necessary.
